Ideas are valid searches
“A warm coat like the one in this screenshot” should be enough to begin.
Built in Canada for the impossible-to-Google outfit
You should be able to describe a feeling, drop in a screenshot, and discover something great without digging through pages of sponsored noise or wondering whether a store even ships here.
Why we started
Trendsly began with a simple frustration: fashion search works when you already know a product name, but falls apart when the idea in your head is visual, specific, local, or hard to describe.
We are building a search engine for that gap—one that can understand words and images, surface evidence-backed Canadian founding stories clearly, and send people directly to the retailer that made the listing.
What we believe
“A warm coat like the one in this screenshot” should be enough to begin.
Canadian ownership, design, manufacturing, shipping, and returns are different facts. We will label them separately.
Trendsly helps people discover and compare. Pricing, stock, materials, and final claims must be confirmed with the retailer.
Current saves stay on your device. Future personalization should be visible, editable, optional, and easy to reset.
Where this is going
We are working toward crop-to-search, conversational refinement, trustworthy Canada Lens details, outfit building, price watching, and better tools for independent Canadian designers. The goal is not to replace taste. It is to make exploration feel fast, visual, and surprisingly fun.
